Bold Adventure or Boondoggle? The Bear Harbor Railroad (Cancelled)

  • Humboldt County Library 1313 3rd Street Eureka, CA 95501 United States (map)

Join Barry Evans to learn about the 18-mile railroad that terminated in the “million dollar mill that never milled.” Over 100 years ago, this quixotic venture had more than its share of triumphs and tribulations - mostly the latter!

Our first Saturday lectures are always free and open to the public! Get there early to get a seat!
